So I have really been trying to loss weight, like half the girls in the world before summer gets here. Today I didn't work out, which sucks! Today I ate: Breakfast~ oatmeal & a banana Snack~ a mix of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, & grapes Lunch~ chickn' patti (vegetarian) and a sugar-free pudding Snack~ SmartOnes Fiesta Quesadilla Dinner~ Lunchable Snack~ Some of a 100 cal. pack of kettle corn
I ate kind of a lot today and really wish I didn't eat the lunchable!
But I hope that most girls realize that being skinny doesn't mean you're pretty. Sure you can weight only 100 pounds, but you can still ugly. Also a girl can weigh, lets say 130 lbs and be gorgeous. Beauty is different to each person. I feel prettu when I am tan. I love when I work out, it makes me feel healthy. I love when I have nice shoes, they make me feel sexy. I also make sure I take care of my face. Wash it with foaming face wash, I use lotion for under my eyes, I use a moisturizer, I love Sephora and Clinique products. I brush my teeth with a whitening toothbrush, whitening toothpaste and whitening mouthwash. I love a white smile and always get compliments on my teeth. I use hemp body lotion and when I go tanning, I use tanning lotion. Being on a healthy diet is important for your body and your insides, so you also have to take care of your outer appearance too. Sure celebrities are super skinny, but they also take care of themselves and are gorgeous. I mean look how skinny she is
but she looks like an ugly skank. While losing weight, you need to keep up your outer appearance, get facials, get manicures and pedicures, get massages to relax, but good quality face and body products. Looking pretty will make you want to loss weight!!
Now on to my day, I went to my sign language class to take my final today. Our teacher had us fill out a form, asking us what we thought of the class, what we would change, what grade we think we deserve. After filling this our she says to us "that was your final, see you next week to give you your grades and return all your work, but make sure you come or you will get a zero in the class." I was so stoked. Even though I studied, I didn't think I was going to do that well.
